Stage-wise Dimension Control : Die, Wax, Casting and Machining
Chemical Analysis
Chemical analysis using Bruker Tasman-Q4, German Make, Charged Coupled Device Spectrometer with Fe, Ni and 23 Channels including Nitrogen & Selenium.
Material Integrity
Positive material identification ( PMI ) facility for chemical analysis. Model : Thermo Fisher Scientific Niton XL2 100G
Tensile Test Validation
Tensile test with extensometer for 0.2% , 0.5 % and 1% proof strength check.
Impact Testing
Impact testing upto -196 degree celsius.
Hardness Testing
Computerized Brinell hardness testing machine
Inter Granule Corrosion Testing
Inter Granular Corrosion Test as per practice ”B”, ”E”

Checking
Liquid Penetrant Test
We have qualified ASNT level-ll inspectors to perform Liquid Penetrant Test.
Magnetic Particle Test
We have qualified ASNT level-ll inspectors to perform Magnetic Particle Test.

Zinc Coating, Phosphating, J Coat Finish, Specially developed industrial coating, Electro polish, Siver coating, Electro polish dull finish, Glass bead blasting finish, Powder coating, Mirror finish.
