Metal Mold Flow Analysis
We have in-house simulation software for mold flow analysis from SoftCast.
Chemical Analysis
Chemical analysis using Bruker Tasman-Q4, German make Spectrometer with Fe, Ni and 23 Channels including Nitrogen & Selenium.
PMI Facility
Positive material identification ( PMI ) facility for chemical analysis. Model : Thermo Fisher Scientific Niton XL2 100G
Tensile Test Validation
Tensile test with extensometer for 0.2% , 0.5 % and 1% proof strength check.
Impact Testing
Impact testing from room temperature to -196°C.
Hardness Testing
Computerized Brinell hardness testing machine
Inter Granule Corrosion Testing
Inter Granular Corrosion Test as per practice ”B”, ”E”
Structure Analysis

Liquid Penetrant Test
We have qualified ASNT level-ll inspectors to perform Liquid Penetrant Test.
Magnetic Particle Test
We have qualified ASNT level-ll inspectors to perform Magnetic Particle Test.
